GoBo Restaurant, NYC......Food For the Five Senses!

This is a unique restaurant, that not only caters to the vegetarian folk, but also the vegan! There are a lot of menu options, and everything was tasty and healthy!

But the part of the meal that really had me going was the dessert........ALL VEGAN!!!

How do you make a Vegan chocolate cake taste good???

I have NO clue, but with a scoop of soy vanilla ice cream, it was quite a treat!!!!
